The Vintage Revivals patterns are only one size; the original size. The pattern envelope, instructions and pattern pieces are unedited. The older the pattern the more likely it is to have limited instructions. The patterns are printed on blue line paper and packaged in plastic. |

Pattern #3429 Size: 34" bust, 37" hips. This pattern was published by an independent pattern company or one of the many patterns sold through newspapers and magazines. Originally the pattern was described as "Ladies' and Misses' dress with deep open front finished with an inset front neckband and with an applied back neckband. Drooping shoulders and applied armhole bands. Two-piece skirt, the front pressed in plaits, attached to waist under a removable belt." Detailed directions. Pattern dates circa 1927-1928. Suggested fabrics: Ladies' and Misses' V-neck dresses were made of all silk flat crepe, silk stripped wool cherilaine, silk georgette crepe, silk crepe satin, wool French crepe and silk canton crepe.
