The Vintage Revivals patterns are only one size; the original size. The pattern envelope, instructions and pattern pieces are unedited. The older the pattern the more likely it is to have limited instructions. The patterns are printed on blue line paper and packaged in plastic.

Pattern #7281: Men's Overall Suit: Circa 1919

Size: 44" bust.

This pattern was published by The McCall Pattern Company. Originally the pattern was described as "Men's Overall Suit. Button front shirt and trousers with belt. Two patch pockets. Straps on inside of lower trouser leg." Written directions. Pattern dates circa 1919.

Suggested fabrics: Cotton and linen twill. The colors were dark blue.
