Saundra Ros Altman's: Past Patterns

The Vintage Revivals patterns are only one size; the original size. The pattern envelope, instructions and pattern pieces are unedited. The older the pattern the more likely it is to have limited instructions. The patterns are printed on blue line paper and packaged in plastic.

Pattern #8767: Ladies' Bloomer Dress: Circa 1918

Size: 38" bust.

This pattern was published by The New Idea Pattern Company. Originally the pattern was described as "Ladies' Bloomer Dress. Having a waist with one-seam sleeves in full-length with French cuffs or in shorter length turned back to form cuffs, a bib, and trousers worn in any style. Waist and pockets may be omitted." Minimal directions. Pattern dates circa 1918.

Suggested fabrics: Cotton, chambray, khaki cloth, and cotton beach cloth. The colors were khaki, blue, red, tan, stripped, black, and white.

Materials required: 5-1/8 Yds. 36" wide.
