WHY VINTAGE PATTERN RESEARCH?
Our founder, Saundra Altman, believed in studying history. She thought it was critical for people to understand their past so they knew how they got here to present day, what it took to make garments in the past and to protect these vintage techniques from being lost.
In order to carry on what Saundra created and built with Past Patterns, we present our Vintage Pattern Research library.
It consists of Vintage Pattern advertising, Vintage Magazine, Color Palettes using in fashion, Fabric information and then specific areas on Halloween and Weddings.
All of the information we are providing, we believe, is in Public Domain.
We have spent years gathering it and we hope you find it useful.
