Pattern #4526 Size: 34" bust, 36" hips. This pattern was published by The Butterick Design Company. Originally the pattern was described as "Ladies' dress, closed at left underarm with full straight skirt attached at low waist-line, with or without French body lining." Detailed illustrated directions. Pattern dates circa 1922-1923. Suggested fabrics: Ladies' dresses with full straight skirts were made of organdie, crepe de chine, silk crepe, taffeta, gros de londres, satin, lace and net with embroidery. The colors were blue, tan, brown, turquoise blue, navy blue, black, green, red and white. Materials required: 5 Yds. 36" wide.
