Saundra Ros Altman's: Past Patterns

The Vintage Revivals patterns are only one size; the original size. The pattern envelope, instructions and pattern pieces are unedited. The older the pattern the more likely it is to have limited instructions. The patterns are printed on blue line paper and packaged in plastic.

This Butterick pattern describes it as a Ladies' Cape-Wrap, in Either of Two Lengths, with or without the Collar or Straps. Simple illustrated instructions from back of pattern envelope. Pattern dates circa 1913-1915.

Suggested Fabrics: None on envelope. From others of its era: Silk and velvet.

Materials Required: With Straps and Collar--4-3/4 Yds. 54" wide fabric.

Without Straps and Collar--3-1/2 Yds. 44" wide fabric.
