Saundra Ros Altman's: Past Patterns

The Vintage Revivals patterns are only one size; the original size. The pattern envelope, instructions and pattern pieces are unedited. The older the pattern the more likely it is to have limited instructions. The patterns are printed on blue line paper and packaged in plastic.

Pattern #9025: Ladies' Waist: Circa 1915

Size: 36" bust.

This pattern was published by The New Idea Pattern Company. Originally the pattern was described as "Ladies' Waist. In high or open neck, fronts tucked or gathered, one-seam sleeves in full-length with turn-back cuffs, or in shorter length turned back to form cuffs. Turn-back section of cuff may be omitted." Minimal directions. Pattern dates circa 1915.

Suggested fabrics: Lace, chiffon, crepe de Chine, French crepe, voile, wash silk, and linen. The colors were cream, black, white, navy, gray, flesh, pink, bisque, blue, brown, maize, and tan.

Materials required: 2-5/8 Yds. 36" wide.
